Step 1

Turn the box around to where the bottom with the numbers is facing up

Step 2

Push on the sides to make the flat box become a square.

Step 3

Place the bottom flap with the number 1 on it, down

Step 4

Place number 2 down

Step 5

Place number 3 down

Step 6

Place number 4 flap down and push in, all the flaps with go in and the tab on number 4 will slide right in to the slot. Do Not Fold the tab on number 4 and place it in the slot because it will not fit right and look bad. All you have to do is push in. Now set this box aside.

Take your other box out

Step 8

Again push on the sides to form a square

Step 9

On either side fold down the flaps to close the bottom

All you need is one small piece of tape. The box doesn't need to be taped all the way unless you just want to.

Take the box you just made and place it all the way at the bottom of the red plastic bag

Step 12

Fold down the extra baging at the top, inside of the box. Tuck it in good, now set this aside.

Step 13

Take your box you made earlier and fold down the handles on the side. You only fold down the handles to sizes 1200 and 2500.

Step 14

Now while the handles are still folded place the previous box with the plastic bag, inside it

Once your box with the plastic bag is inside the disposal unit fold down the top flap *carefully* (where it says FOLD TAB DOWN which is just above the biohazard waste sign). Be sure to place your hands when folding, at the top of the flap and not at the sides other wise the sides (in blue) will bend. Also fold the inside flaps in, as you see in the picture, again becarefull not to bend the sides.

Now push the top part down, look at the X's and where my hands are, if you push where the X's are on both sides the sides (the sides with the green strip) will not bend

When you close it, the flap is to go in between the red box and the disposal unit

Just make sure the flaps on the inside are open enough

If you have a cart, place the Disposal unit inside it. The cart makes it eady to push around an office.

Yeah your finally done, come on it wasn't that hard
